The new building, which hosts a Migros supermarket on the ground floor, uses the plot of the study perimeter in the most rational manner. The southern part of the site has been deliberately kept free from development in order to propose a “village square”. This square represents the meeting point of two major transport arteries. The design of the residential building, which refers to the surrounding neighborhood, is intended to provide maximum benefit from sunlight to the apartments.
